The Work Performance Programme is a new concept in the delivery of Occupational Health and Rehabilitation specially aimed at SMEs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

It is a Pay As You Go service that you simply use when needed, whether it is once a year or once a month which recognizes that sometimes you just need help for one employee and your OH provider (if you have one) isn't quite able to deliver the information you need in the way you need it.

We recognise that if we can intervene early we can often prevent short term absence becoming long term absence thereby saving not only money but hours of time and frustration for all concerned, and of course the human saving of reducing the impact of ill health on family life, society and the economy at large.
